Blogging platform Ghost relocates from the UK to Singapore
Blogging platform Ghost is shuttering its operations in the UK to move to Singapore by 2016, according to its co-founder John O'Nolan in a recent blog post.
It's understood they have no plans to open a physical office in Singapore. As an online company, they are likely looking to setup an entity here for its tax-friendly regime and supportive policies.
Ghost's executive Mr O'Nolan in fact cited frustrations with the UK tax system and changes with the EU VAT system in January 2015.
