Regional Partnership Manager
Join Piloto Asia's Business Development team as a Regional Partnership Manager to build and scale our on-the-ground partner network across Southeast Asia and selected offshore markets. This remote, relationship-led role focuses on demand generation through strategic partnerships with accounting firms, law firms, and trust companies serving high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients with cross-border needs.
About the Role
Strategic Partnerships Development & Network Building (60%)
Your core responsibility is to identify, onboard, and manage new strategic partners across Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam + China) and selected offshore markets. You'll build long-term relationships with:
Accounting and incorporation firms
Law firms
Trust and fiduciary service providers
These partners serve clients interested in leveraging Singapore as an operating, holding, and/or banking hub. You'll develop tier-2 and referral-driven networks, including China-linked and overseas professional firms operating in SEA.
🎯 Your Primary Focus
Generating business leads through your partner network. An active and outgoing personality is essential for maintaining existing partner relationships and bringing in new business opportunities. Quarterly travel within the region for face-to-face partner nurturing meetings is expected. Prior industry networks are an added advantage but not required.
Relationship Management & Deal Enablement (40%)
You'll manage an existing database of 50+ non-Singapore partners (spanning Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam + China) to:
Reactivate dormant leads
Deepen relationships with current suppliers and referral partners
Ensure partners send their deal flow to Piloto Asia
You're responsible for educating partners on our core sellable services:
Singapore company incorporation
Corporate secretarial services
Corporate accounting
Banking solutions (private bank account opening + premier banking access)

Core Requirements
Your Background
Minimum 5+ years of relevant working experience in:
Accounting firm
Corporate services provider
Law firm
Corporate secretarial (Co-Sec) role (Singapore knowledge not required)
Business development / sales role
You should have hands-on experience dealing with clients, business stakeholders, or corporate customers, and be comfortable managing professional relationships in a B2B environment.
Your Mentality
You have a strong growth focus and a positive mentality, passionate about building good relationships with people. You're reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently without close supervision. As part of a small team, strong involvement is expected across functions.
Your Qualifications
Proficient in spoken and written English
Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia / Indonesia is an added advantage
High integrity in handling private and confidential information
