Join Piloto Asia's Business Development team to build and nurture strategic partnerships across Singapore's professional ecosystem. You'll work directly with law firms, VCs, family offices, and more — driving lead generation while shaping our market presence.

About the Role

Networking & Lead Generation (80%)

You'll collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager and Director to build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with Singapore-based ecosystem partners including:

  • Law firms and legal advisors

  • Auditors and tax advisors

  • Corporate bankers

  • Private equity and venture capital firms

  • Co-working operators and business centres

  • Employment agencies

  • Family offices

🎯 Your Primary KPI

Generating new business opportunities and referral leads through strategic partner relationships.

As a Partnership Manager, you'll conduct regular in-person meetings and site visits to build and sustain strong relationships. An active, outgoing, and personable approach is essential to effectively manage these partnerships, foster trust, and proactively address partner needs.

Sales Support & Marketing (20%)

You'll collaborate with the Business Development team to create synergies between newly acquired partners and existing clients. Insights gathered from local events and partner engagements should be shared with the marketing and operations teams to support campaign planning, service alignment, and overall business growth.

Core Requirements

Your Background

At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B partnership management, sales, or a similar commercial role. Direct customer-facing experience is essential, with preference given to candidates who have worked in:

  • Corporate banking

  • Corporate secretarial or professional services firms

  • Insurance

  • Coworking spaces or business centres

  • Law firms

  • Other related industries

Your Mentality

You possess a strong growth mindset and a positive, relationship-driven approach. You are reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. As part of a lean and dynamic team, you're expected to contribute actively and collaborate closely across cross-functional teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English

  • Mandarin or Bahasa language skills are a strong advantage

  • High integrity and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive and confidential information
